煮飯仔續集
又要繼續實驗煮餸。呢嗰星期試吓以下幾味,大部份都OK,有啲小瑕玼咁啦。
三色甜酸菠蘿雞係今次嘅代表作,好味到SCOTT仔連牙都食到甩埋。擺街都應該幾好賣。
絲瓜瘦肉湯 - 都約好味。衰在太落粉絲,索晒啲水,lesson learned。重有啲絲瓜食咗會有啲痕。
薯仔炆雞翼 - 唔好睇但係好食。
冬瓜瑤柱湯 - 都約好。不過落多咗陳皮,啲湯苦咗。我就覺得甘甘哋幾好味。Scott 就...
